It is a 2-minute walk from Torre Abbey and Gardens, and a 10-minute scenic walk from the marina and town centre.There is ample parking, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a bar. The Parks is pet-friendly and has disabled access. Each room has an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, and many rooms are family-size.

Cliff-top walks and some watersports are available in the village.Salcombe, with its popular harbor, sailing school and Overbeck’s House, is a 15-minute drive away. Dartmoor National Park, Dartmouth and Saltram House are all within a 30-minute drive.
